Bandung, 30 July 2025 – The Research Institute for Intelligent Business and Sustainable Economy (RI‑IBSE) of Telkom University welcomed representatives from the East Java Provincial Government to discuss the RI‑IBSE, East Java Government collaboration aimed at strengthening regional policies through innovation and technology.
The meeting brought together Sri Widiyanesti, S.T., M.M., Ph.D., Head of the Center of Excellence for Digital Business Ecosystem (CoE DBE), and Dr. Ratna Komala Putri, Manager of Research, Innovation, Business, and Community Services Support. Both parties explored how RI‑IBSE, East Java Government collaboration could support the region’s development agenda and improve public services through research-driven digital solutions.

The discussion emphasized aligning collaboration goals, sharing technical expertise, and identifying opportunities for implementing digital transformation initiatives in regional governance. This partnership seeks to leverage advanced digital business ecosystems to enhance efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in East Java’s economic and policy development. The RI‑IBSE, East Java Government collaboration will particularly focus on translating research into real-world solutions for governance.
