The Center of Excellence (CoE) for Digital Intelligent Enterprise (DIEN) is one of Telkom University’s CoEs that plays a strategic role in supporting the vision of becoming a Global Entrepreneurial University by 2038. This role is carried out through the integration of research, innovation, professional training, business development, and community service, with a strong focus on advancing Intelligent Digital Enterprise and a Sustainable Economy.

CoE DIEN specializes in IT governance, digital business process transformation, system integration, and smart technology applications. One of its academic and applied research priorities is the maritime sector, particularly the use of smart and digital technologies to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness in Indonesia’s shipping and marine industries. The CoE is further strengthened by cross-disciplinary expertise—including information systems, industrial engineering, and data science—that synergistically contribute to Indonesia’s digital transformation agenda.
