Telkom University Researchers Receive 2025 Incentive for High-Quality International Journal Publications 

Quality Article Incentive Program 

Telkom University continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to advancing research excellence and global academic impact. In 2025, a total of seven lecturers from Telkom University received research publication incentives under this program. Notably, three of the awardees are researchers under the Research Institute for Intelligent Business & Sustainable Economy (RI-IBSE), reflecting the institute’s strong contribution to high-impact international research. 

This incentive program aims to encourage and motivate lecturers and researchers to publish high-quality research outputs in internationally reputable journals, while also recognizing academic contributions that strengthen Indonesia’s global research competitiveness. 

Research Contributions from Various Scientific Fields 

Dr. Astadi Pangarso, S.T., M.A.B. Chair of the Center of Excellence (CoE) BEST, received the incentive for his article entitled “Uncovering the Secrets of Sustainable Performance: Empirical Studies on Ethical Behaviour, Fortitude Culture, Ambidextrous Governance, and Digital Innovation Using Combined Importance–Performance Map Analysis,” published in Sustainable Futures. The study explores key organizational factors that drive sustainable performance in the digital era. 

Dr. Rustam, S.Si., M.Si., a researcher from PUI-PT SAKTI, was awarded for his publication “A Novel Fuzzy Clustering Approach with Transition Matrix for Explainable Evaluation of Social Media-Based Digital Literacy Interventions,” published in Expert Systems with Applications. His research contributes innovative methods to evaluate digital literacy interventions using explainable artificial intelligence approaches. This work received an incentive of IDR 30,000,000. 

Mahir Pradana, S.E., M.Sc., PhD. , a member of CoE DILIGENT, was recognized for his article “Female Entrepreneurship: A Bibliometric Analysis and Perspectives,” published in SAGE Open. The study provides a comprehensive overview of female entrepreneurship research trends and offers strategic insights for future studies and policy development. This publication also received an incentive of IDR 30,000,000. 

Through this achievement, Telkom University reaffirms its dedication to fostering a productive research environment, supporting international publications, and encouraging impactful research that contributes to scientific advancement and sustainable development at both national and global levels.
